Verifying your account
Verification comes in three levels. Each one you complete raises your limits — how much you can bet in one go, how much you can wager in a day, and how much you can withdraw at once.

You don't have to do all three. Complete as many as you need for the way you play.
Level 1 — Account verification
Confirms you own the email you signed up with, and collects your basic details. It's a short form on the site and takes a minute: email ownership via a verification link, your first and last name, and your date of birth.
Once this is done you can claim bonuses, redeem promo codes, collect rank and leaderboard rewards, and withdraw.
Level 2 — Identity verification
Confirms you're a real person and that you match your ID. It runs as a secure flow on your phone with anti-spoofing built in: a government-issued ID document (passport, ID card or driving licence), a live selfie matched against the photo on your ID, and a liveness check so a photo of a photo or a deepfake won't pass.
Level 3 — Proof of address
Confirms you live where you say you do. A single document upload — a recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent. The address is read from the document and checked against your account.
How long it takes
Level 1 is instant — your email link verifies it. Levels 2 and 3 are usually quick, and we'll message you if anything needs redoing.
Your documents
Your documents are stored securely and kept for at least five years after your account closes, as our AML policy requires. You can read the full policy at gemblr.com/legal/aml.
Why we ask
gemblr.com operates under an Anjouan gaming licence, and verifying players is part of running under it. It protects you too — it's what stops someone else withdrawing your money.
