One account per person
Why duplicates get closed.

Each person may hold one gemblr account. This is a licence condition and it applies everywhere, not just here.
It exists so that limits and self-exclusion actually work. If someone could open a second account, a break they had chosen to take would mean nothing.
If you have ended up with two accounts by accident, tell us. Open a chat with both usernames and we will keep the one you want and close the other, and we will sort out the balance with you.
Telling us yourself is always better than us finding it later.
