Setting limits or taking a break

You can cap how much you bet or wager, or freeze your account entirely, at any time. Some of it you can do yourself; for the rest, just ask us in chat.

What you can set

A single bet limit — the most you can stake on one bet, for casino or sports.

A daily wager limit — the most you can bet in total over 24 hours.

Self-exclusion — your account closed to play for 1, 7, 14 or 30 days.

You can also freeze your account at any time from your personal account settings, without asking anyone.

How to set one up

For anything beyond the freeze, open a chat and tell us what you'd like. We'll set it up with you there and then. You don't have to explain yourself or justify it — it's a normal thing to ask for and we'll sort it without any fuss.

Lifting a limit

Message us and we'll talk it through. Limits are deliberately easier to put on than to take off — that's the point of them.

If gambling stops being fun

Stepping away for a while is the right call, and there's no awkwardness in asking.

If you want to talk to someone independent of us, these are free and confidential:

BeGambleAware — begambleaware.org

Gamblers Anonymous — gamblersanonymous.org

Neither is connected to gemblr. They're there for you, not for us.

A reminder

Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. Only play with what you can afford to lose, and if it stops feeling like fun, take a break.
