We will close your account if you ask us to. Open a chat and tell us, and we will confirm what happens to any balance before anything is done.
Before you do, it is worth knowing there are lighter options. You can set a deposit or wager limit, or take a break for a fixed period, and those are reversible in a way that closing is not.
If the reason is that gambling has stopped being fun or has started to cost more than you wanted, say so. We would far rather help you set the right limit than watch you close and reopen later.
