Use a password you do not use anywhere else. Most accounts that get broken into are taken with a password leaked from some unrelated website.
Be suspicious of anyone who contacts you claiming to be from gemblr and asks for your password, a code, or remote access to your device. We will never ask for any of those.
Offers that arrive by direct message on social media are worth checking with us before you act on them. Open a chat with the exact wording and we will tell you whether it is really ours.
If you think someone else has been in your account, change your password immediately and then open a chat. We can look at recent activity with you.
