If you are not sure a round settled correctly, we can check it. Open a chat with your username, the name of the game, and roughly when you were playing.
We can see the round history from the provider, including the stake, the outcome and what was credited. We will tell you what it says whether or not it is what you hoped.
Game outcomes are produced by the licensed studios that make the games, not by gemblr, and we cannot influence them. Slot games publish their return to player percentage inside the game's own information screen.
If something has genuinely gone wrong, we will put it right.
