A game froze or crashed

Game rounds are settled on the game provider's side, not in your browser. If the game closes, freezes or your connection drops mid spin, the round still completes and the result still applies.

Reopen the game and it will normally pick up exactly where it left off, including any unfinished feature or free spins.

If it is still stuck, close the game completely and reopen it, then try a hard refresh, which is Ctrl and Shift and R on Windows or Cmd and Shift and R on a Mac.

If your balance looks wrong afterwards, open a chat with your username, the game name and roughly what time you were playing. We can pull the round history and tell you exactly what happened.
