What "pending" means
It means we've received the request and it's in the review queue. Nothing has gone wrong.
What can slow one down
Unfinished wagering. If you have an active bonus, the wagering on it needs completing first.
Verification. If we need documents from you, the withdrawal waits until that's done. We'll message you if so.
A check on the account. Occasionally we look more closely, usually on a first withdrawal or an unusually large one.
