How do I withdraw?

Withdrawals are crypto only

Even if you deposited by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay or PayPal, withdrawals go out in crypto at the moment. You'll need a wallet address to cash out. If you don't have one yet, ask us in chat and we'll point you in the right direction.

 Step by step

1. Open your Wallet and choose Withdraw.

2. Pick the coin you want to receive.

3. Paste the address from your own wallet. Double-check it — crypto sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered.

4. Enter the amount.

5. Confirm.

Minimum withdrawal per coin

Bitcoin — BTC — minimum 0.00005

Ethereum — ETH — minimum 0.002

Tether — USDT — minimum 5

USD Coin — USDC — minimum 5

Litecoin — LTC — minimum 0.09

Solana — SOL — minimum 0.05

Ripple — XRP — minimum 3

Dogecoin — DOGE — minimum 50

Tron — TRX — minimum 15

Binance Coin — BNB — minimum 0.007

Bitcoin Cash — BCH — minimum 0.01

Polygon — POL — minimum 47

The minimum is the same for deposits and withdrawals. Anything below it won't process.

Before you withdraw

Any active bonus has to finish wagering first. Your own deposit is always yours, but bonus money can't be cashed out until the wagering on it is done. See What wagering means.

You don't need full ID verification to withdraw. Completing Level 1 — your email link, name and date of birth — already unlocks withdrawals. Levels 2 and 3 raise your limits rather than being a gate. See Verifying your account.

How long it takes

Every withdrawal goes through a short manual review before it's sent — that's a security step, not a delay tactic. Most are on their way within a few minutes. After that, arrival depends on the network.
