My deposit hasn't arrived

Card and wallet payments normally land straight away. Crypto is usually still waiting on network confirmations. Either way, send us your username and we'll trace it.

If you paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay or PayPal

These normally land in your balance straight away. If yours hasn't, check your bank or payment app first — if the payment was declined, nothing will have left your account and you can simply try again. If you were asked to confirm the payment with your bank and didn't finish that step, it won't have completed.

If money has left your account but your balance hasn't moved, open a chat and send us your username, the amount, the method you used and roughly what time you paid. We'll find it.

Don't keep retrying a payment that may have gone through — you could end up paying twice. Ask us first.

If you paid with crypto

Check these first

1. Open your own wallet app and confirm the transaction actually sent, and that it shows as confirmed.

2. Check the amount. If you sent less than the minimum shown on the deposit page, it may not credit automatically.

3. Check the coin and network match what you selected on the deposit page. This is the most common cause of a real problem — USDT sent on the wrong network won't arrive. These are the networks we accept:

Bitcoin — BTC — Bitcoin network — minimum 0.00005

Ethereum — ETH — Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism — minimum 0.002

Tether — USDT — TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Solana, TON — minimum 5

USD Coin — USDC — ERC-20, BEP-20, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Solana — minimum 5

Litecoin — LTC — Litecoin network — minimum 0.09

Solana — SOL — Solana network — minimum 0.05

Ripple — XRP — XRP network — minimum 3

Dogecoin — DOGE — Dogecoin network — minimum 50

Tron — TRX — Tron network — minimum 15

Binance Coin — BNB — BSC — minimum 0.007

Bitcoin Cash — BCH — Bitcoin Cash network — minimum 0.01

Polygon — POL — Polygon network — minimum 47

If it's confirmed on the blockchain but not in your balance

Open a chat with us and send your username, the transaction hash (sometimes called the TxID), and which coin and network you used. We'll trace it and tell you exactly where it is.

Why this happens

The most common reason by far is simply that the network hasn't finished confirming yet. Busy networks can take longer than usual. The money isn't lost — it's in transit.
