Open your Wallet and choose Deposit, then pick the coin you want to send. You will be shown an address, and usually a QR code you can scan.
Send only that coin, and only on the network we show you. This is the single most common mistake people make. A coin sent on a different network does not arrive, and often cannot be recovered by anyone.
Once you have sent it, the deposit credits after the network confirms the transaction. That is normally a few minutes, though it can be longer when a network is busy.
If it has been much longer than that, open a chat with your username and the transaction ID and we will trace it.
