How you climb
Your rank is based on how much you've wagered in total, across your whole account. There's nothing to apply for and nothing to claim — you move up automatically as you play.
Every rank from Bronze upwards also pays a level-up bonus when you reach it.

What each reward actually is
Rakeback — a percentage of every bet comes back to you, win or lose. Claim it any time from the VIP page. It starts at 5% from your very first bet and reaches 27% at the top.
Weekly bonus — a percentage of the casino's gross gaming revenue from your play, paid weekly.
Monthly bonus — the same idea, paid monthly. Starts at Gold.
Level-up bonus — a one-off free balance paid when you reach a new rank, from $10 at Bronze to $5,000 at Obsidian III.
VIP Manager — from Diamond I, you get a dedicated person to talk to rather than general support.
$300 reload by support — from Dragon I, available through your VIP manager.
