Where to put it
1. Log in.
2. Open your account settings.
3. Enter the code and confirm.
If a code isn't working
The usual reasons: it has expired, it has already been used on your account, it's for a different offer than the one you're trying to claim, or there's a typo — codes are exact.
Send us the exact code and your username in chat and we'll check whether it's still active, already used, or something else.

Our streamers also hand out their own codes during streams. Following both channels is the easiest way not to miss one — codes often run for a limited time.
