Race prizes: when and how they're paid
Automatically, as soon as the race ends.

Race and leaderboard prizes are paid automatically when the race finishes. You do not need to claim them and you do not need to contact us.
Each race on the Leaderboards page shows the dates, which games count towards it, what you need to do to qualify, and the prize for every position.
Positions can move right up until the race closes, so the standing you see while it is running is not final.
If a race has ended and your prize has not arrived, open a chat with your username and the name of the race.
