If you expected a bonus and it is not in your wallet, the usual causes are a code that was not entered before depositing, a deposit below the minimum for that offer, or an offer that had already ended.
Do not deposit again hoping it will trigger. Open a chat instead with your username, which offer you were expecting, and roughly when you deposited.
If it should have applied and did not, we will credit it manually. That is a quick fix and you will not lose the offer because of a technical hiccup.
Codes are entered from your account settings, and they go out on our X and Telegram channels first.
